hi there instructor, im having a problem with ocse 10, in the network computers where it list all pattern files and network computers, firewall smartscan etc, my Virus Pattern is greyed out and i think this is why trendmcro expert service report is showing as critical as my it states PATTERN OUTDATED FOR OFFICESCAN CLIENT 96%.
