Change the IP address of IMSS 7.0

A customer has recently changed the IP address of IMSS 7.0. As the result, they can't login to the console. The emails flow as usual. But they can't monitor it.

Good guess? One or more files need to be edited to reflect the new IP address. So you edit the odbc.ini and EUQ.ini. IMSS 7.0 ties with the database, even for the web console configuration and that includes the password. You need to do more than editing the two files... If modifying database tables is not your expertise and your customer is fine with overwriting the existing database then you might just want to reinstall. Your call..
